Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager, you will be the ISS face to the outside world and be responsible for ISS positioning in the market as a supplier of a full range of facility services. Solution-oriented interaction with the client and the identification of promising client benefits will be particularly significant here.

A challenging and exciting field of activity will be awaiting you:

•  Analysis of the sales area and client potential
•  Systematic analysis of the competition and development of the market position
•  Collaborating in the development of sales strategies
•  Cooperating with Marketing in campaigns promoting sales
•  Acquisition of new clients and client support
•  Client presentations, price negotiations and conclusion of sales
•  Expanding the product range at existing clients
•  Supporting the Planning Department with major calculations
•  Client hand-over to the responsible Regional Manager (transition)
